We keep many spare parts in stock. These are either standard/volume spare parts or components that are critical for the continuous operation of equipment included in service contracts. Other spare parts are shipped from the manufacturer’s spare parts supply. As a large service and maintenance provider, Wennstrom has established connections with many manufacturers of forecourt and e-mobility equipment.
Our current customers have first priority when spare parts are allocated and distributed. If you are not a Wennstrom customer, we may be able to help you anyway, but no promises can be made. Contact our service center with you inquiry.

We are an independent supplier with a brand-agnostic approach to product selection. We will recommend the product we think will fit your requirements best.
We favor equipment manufacturers with:

- stability & good finances
- trustworthy IT security practices (applies to both software and internet- or cloud-connected hardware)
We do. However, our service contract obligations are always adapted to the needs of each customer, and your organization may have opted for service during limited hours of the day. If you rely on certain equipment to keep your operations open for business – yes, a yearly check-up is worth the time and effort. It can save you badwill, loss of income, and lots of extra work at inconvenient hours.
For equipment that is not necessary for your business operations, you may opt out of service & maintenance and pay the cost of repairs once there is a breakdown.
More costly equipment, such as EV chargers, need continuous service to prevent unnecessary breakdown of costly components or subsystems due to overheating etc.
Other equipment, for example fuel dispensers are subject to regulations that require regular control of key functionality.
