Preventive maintenance and monitoring

Many standstills can be prevented by the monitoring and regular maintenance that are included in our service contracts. Some common faults can even be resolved remotely by our service center technicians – sometimes before they are noticed by users on site! We also use remote diagnostics to identify the likely cause of errors before a field technician is dispatched.

Station upgrades

When you need to upgrade a station with new terminals or dispensers, we manage any configurations or adaptations in our workshop before the new forecourt equipment is shipped for installation. Installation and upgrading projects are managed by our project managers, while experienced field technicians carry out the work on site.

Our technicians can diagnose and resolve all types of errors in your fueling equipment: mechanical wear, electrical malfunctions and digital system glitches. But we think you will prefer the errors we prevent from ever happening.

QStar: Remote diagnostics

Installation of a pilot RDM (Remote Diagnostic Module) on a Qstar site outside of Norrköping. This is the first installation of RDM in Sweden for remote support on fuel dispensers.
