The three Danish subsidiaries are merged into one company called Wennstrom Solutions & Service A/S. The operations focus on the business areas of liquid fuel, e-mobility and general electrical installations.

In Sweden, Wennstrom Entreprenad ceases. In Norway, the outstanding shares in Wennstrom NET Holding AS are bought by Wennstrom Group and the wholly owned subsidiary is renamed Wennstrom Norge Holding AS.
