The Wennstrom service experience starts at the service center where our service coordinators monitor sites, plan scheduled maintenance, provide first- and second-line support, dispatch field technicians or assign cases to our in-house product specialists.
Our product specialists provide third- and fourth-line support, remote service, and work with field technicians on more advanced troubleshooting.
Nationwide availability
Wennstrom’s service organization has nationwide presence in all the Nordic markets, making us a perfect partner for both regional and nationwide fuel retail networks, charge point operators, bus depots and vehicle fleet owners.
Spare parts in stock
We keep many spare parts in stock in order to resolve standstills quicker. Our spare parts stock is exclusive to customers with a valid service contract.
Repair shop
Malfunctioning parts, such as fuel nozzles, that can be repaired, are taken to our shop where trained technicians can make them fully functional again. This is a great way to increase sustainability within our business.
